Windows 7′s release date has now been set for 22nd October 2009.
This will be the first day that customers will be able to buy the new operating system from Microsoft. The beta of Windows 7 was released in February 2009, followed by the recent release of the Windows 7 Release Candidate, which was released in May 2009.
The only step left, is to launch Windows 7 RTM.
