Introduction
If you take your gaming seriously, then it’s likely that you take your peripherals seriously too. Having the right gaming mouse might not be the thing that makes you a world champion gamer overnight, but knowing that you are using a mouse you can trust, that delivers pixel-perfect performance, as well as providing you with all of the control and the comfort you desire, can certainly improve your overall experience.
The new XG-M3-Heaton from Xtrfy may have some of the most unpronounceable names on the market, but it comes with quite the pedigree. Xtrify built this mouse based on feedback from legendary Counter-Strike champion Emil “HeatoN” Christensen, who is not only an accomplished gamer in his own right but he is the founder of the famous Ninjas in Pyjamas, one of the world’s top pro gaming teams, so he certainly know’s his way around the sport!
Formed by 15 years of practice, 8 world champion titles and an endless passion for gaming
The M3 optical gaming mouse is developed by Emil “HeatoN” Christensen, eSports pioneer, founder of Ninjas in Pyjamas and one of the most successful Counter-Strike players of all time. HeatoN “The M3 is my vision of the perfect mouse. Top-performing, reliable hardware in my own, unique shape.”
Built to perform, perform and perform.
The M3 is built with top-grade components to ensure consistent, high-level performance. From high quality Omron switches for better click control, to the Pixart PMW 3310 optical sensor, considered to the be one of the best and most reliable sensors out there. In the heat of the game, this is a mouse to count on.
In terms of features, the mouse is pretty straightforward, with the usual five button design we see on most mice. However, it uses Omron switches on the top, and Kailh on the side, giving it a unique feel. It also uses the fantastic Pixart 3310 sensor, and other high-quality components, which we expect will translate to solid performance, but let’s go find out!

Packaging and Accessories
While we have the M3 mouse to play around with today, we’ve also got a small bundle of goodies to play around with too. The B1 and C1 are both mouse bungees to help prevent cable drag, but the B1 is much larger, weighted and features a built-in USB hub to hook up all of your peripherals in one place.
All of the devices come bundled with some documentation, as well as that lovely Xtrfy sticker. The M3 mouse comes hard-wired with a black and yellow braided cable, and gold-plated USB header. Now, let’s jump in and take a closer look at what it has to offer!
