1MORE ComfoBuds Mini Hybrid ANC Earbuds Review

How Much Does it Cost?

The 1MORE ComfoBuds Mini True Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones are available now from the 1MORE store for $99.99. However, there’s pretty much always a discount code of some sort on their website for joining, so be sure to check those out. They’re available in either Mica White or Obsidian Black. Here in the UK, they’re on Amazon for just £92.99, but at the time of writing that’s actually down to just £77 and that’s for either the white ones here or the black ones here.

Overview

There’s no shortage of great headphones on the market these days, so it really takes some unique features for any one product to stand out. Thankfully for 1MORE, they’ve got a few great features on their new Comfobuds Mini that really do make them stand out from the crowd. The most prominent selling point has to be the brand name though, 1MORE continue to deliver quality products, and their reputation is certainly being lived up to here.

Design

The mini aspect is, ironically, the biggest selling point here. They’re fantastically ergonomic, stylish and compact, and it just makes them feel more practical and purposeful than most of the headphones I’ve reviewed. The pebble-like pod for charging them is beautifully designed, and it fits in your pocket very comfortably. It’s also not going to take up much room in your bag, or wherever you leave it really.

The smaller earbuds feel nice and robust, and while lightweight due to their small size, they do have a surprising bit of weight to them that gives them a premium-quality feel… it’s hard to explain. However, because they sit within the ear, the weight actually helps them feel more secure in your ear, rather than pull them away from your ear, which is great.

True Wireless

You would think that shrinking down the size would come at a cost of battery life or driver size, but that really isn’t the case here. These have great battery life, and if you’re using them for an hour’s commute each way to work, you could really only need to charge them once on the weekend. That being said, with Type-C and Qi charging built-in, keeping them topped up really isn’t an issue.

The sound quality is great too, but that’s almost a given with 1MORE in general. Can you get better sounding headphones for the same money? Yeah, I would say you could. Actually, some of the larger 1MORE designs sound better for the same price. However, the overall sound quality is still very good, and I have no real complaints here.

Should You Buy Them?

These headphones really are the sum of their parts. For this price range, they’re pretty exceptional headphones. They’re more compact, robust, and stylish than most. I also think they’re the best fitting and most comfortable headphones 1MORE has created to date, and also offer the best value for money, given their impressive range of features, and they’re still well under £100, they’re pretty hard to beat. Smaller headphones they may be, but with a big sound, big battery life, and impressive ANC technology that make them a solid all-rounder.
