2012 – The year of the HD re-releases

Silent Hill HD Collection – 360/PS3 March 30th 2012
The Silent Hill Collection includes both Silent Hill 2 and Silent Hill 3. The games have been completely re-mastered, with high-definition graphics, new voice actors recorded for the dialog, and the addition of PlayStation Network Trophies / Xbox Achievements. This should be a great addition to any horror game collection, or any games collection for that matter. It’s such a shame the original Silent Hill isn’t being given a little attention here, I know it was a PS1 game, which most likely means there isn’t much they could do to enhance it, but in my opinion, it was the best in the series, fingers crossed for it being an un-lockable bonus on the disc.
