3DMark shows-off their new DX11 Benchmark Trailer: Fire Strike

FutureMark is working on a new 3DMark testing but they’ve given the first look of their new benchmark trailer designed for high-performance gaming pcs.

FuturMark assures that “This will feature real time graphics rendering with great detail and complexity far beyond what you can find in other benchmarks and games today”.


The trailer that they uploaded in youtube is from Fire Strike demo using Extreme preset and rendered at 2560x 1440 resolution.

This test includes tesselation, dynamic particle illumindation and shadowing, smoke simulation using grid- based fluid dynamics, volume ray casting with shadows and a wide variety of post processing effects such as depth of firled, blooms, distortions and various lens effects.
