Introduction

Have you invested a small fortune in a high-end gaming PC, with one or more of the fastest graphics cards on the market, a powerful overclocked CPU, and more? Then you’re likely in the market for a high-end display that can reveal the visual potential of your gaming system, and that’s where the Acer X34 comes into play! Of course, not all monitors are created equally, but this one is certainly a little more extreme than most, and it has a spec sheet that’s so mighty it’s only matched by its enormous price tag, so don’t expect to get much, if any, change from £1000!

If the cost of the monitor wasn’t enough, be sure you’ve also left some pennies over for a good quality desk too. This monitor clocks in at a staggering 34″ in ultra-wide 21:9 format, so it’s noticeably wider than a 34-inch 16:9 widescreen. Packaging and Accessories

The box that the X34 comes in is a stark reminder that you’ve just received a £1000 monitor. It’s big, it’s heavy, and for some, it may be a two-man job to move it around safely. The box is very strong and much larger than the monitor, which is already big in its self, allowing lots of room for durable foam padding inside to keep it safe in transit.

The monitor comes with a protective film applied to all plastic surfaces, and a soft foam material is covering all of the metal components, ensuring it’s free from scratches once you take it out of the box.
