Aerocool Mechatron White Edition Mid-Tower Chassis Review

Now that the system is complete I must say I’m really happy with this build. I have to confess it was somewhat of a rush job when it came to build time and I was able to get everything installed and ready to go within 15mins. The cable management is doing a superb job here and its easily one of the tidiest looking builds I’ve done in a while.
Our Antec 920 water cooler and GTX 560 Ti have a near perfect airflow surrounding them, with everything neat and tidy there are no cables or obstructions throughout the chassis.
The chassis held out Antec 920, but only just, there is about 5mm clearance between the radiator and the CPU block, but I had no problem whatsoever installing it, so I’m really pleased to see that its compatible.
With the side panel on we get a great view through the acrylic side panel, of course you would loose a lot of the view with side panel fans installed but that’s really down to the type of fan you choose to install.
Around the back everything is as we would expect, all components have a perfect fit, plenty of airflow and overall look fantastic in this chassis.
Now the fun part, time to dim the lights and see what these blue LEDs really look like. Giving the chassis a really cool glow when in use. Of course if you didn’t want these lights active, you could always just disconnect the power cables for them, but this would involve opening up the chassis.
