Aerocool XPredator X3 Full-Tower PC Chassis Review

With the system complete we can see that the cable management is doing a superb job of keeping everything neat and tidy within the chassis. There is plenty of clean airflow throughout the chassis and even our Antec 920 has plenty of room within the chassis, although I have removed the stock rear fan to create a mounting point for the radiator. Overall install time was around 15mins, with the chassis presenting me with no issues throughout the installation.

We tend to find a lot of chassis push our 920 Radiator close to the CPU block, but this isn’t the case in the X3, with ample clearance and more than enough room for the water pipes from the CPU block. Out Antec 620M modular PSU has been bottom mounted in the chassis to make sure of the air filter on the base of the chassis.

Everything looks nice and smart around the rear of the chassis, you can see where we have removed the 140mm fan to installed the 120mm fan required for the Antec 920 and our GTX 560 Ti has plenty of breathing room thanks to all the ventilation cut outs in the expansion slot covers.

With the side panel back on we still get a great view of those high contrast fittings inside the chassis, but thanks to the cable management the view inside is a great one. All the components are well seated and there isn’t an out of place wire in sight.
