AGON by AOC has unveiled its new AGON AG405UXC, a 40″ flat ultra-wide 3440x1440p gaming monitor with 144Hz IPS panel.
The AG405UXC ultrawide gaming monitor offers an expansive gaming display which engulfs the user into the action. With an ultrawide resolution of 3440×1440, the monitor provides a detailed and sharp image and features a 144Hz refresh rate with a 1ms MPRT response time to ensure that gameplay is fluid and responsive, this is also paired up with AMD FreeSync Premium. The majority of ultra-wides on the market tend to go for a curved design to better accommodate for the wideness and FOV but AOC has instead opted for a flat design.
The AG405UXC comes equipped with AOC’s G-Menu software which allows for easy customisation of the monitor settings including colour, overdrive and gaming-specific features such as shadow control, low blue mode, dial point and a frame counter. Users have the option of two HDMI 2.0 ports, one Displayport 1.4 or USB-C 3.2 for displaying their monitor. Additionally, the monitor features a USB hub with four USB 3.2 ports which accompany the USB-C port. For comfort, the included stand is capable of tilt adjustments, height adjustments of 150mm and swivel adjustments to find the perfect fit for your comfort.
The AG405UXC is available now with an MSRP of £569.99. Visit AOC.com for more information.
