Akasa ALUCIA H4A Low-Profile AMD CPU Cooler Announced

Akasa is one of the oldest and most known cooling brands in the world, with a long history of products catering to industrial and home consumers worldwide. The team at Akasa have just revealed their upcoming low-profile cooler, which will focus on AMD hardware, offering support for the latest AMD AM4 and AM5 sockets.
Akasa ALUCIA H4A
While this isn’t a big cooler, quite the opposite, in fact, there’s a big market for low-profile and compact cooler designs. With a height of just 30mm, it’s very slim indeed and uses an equally pretty compact 92mm fan to really keep the dimensions low. While this isn’t going to tame the most powerful CPUs under extended loads, it’s still capable of cooling a TDP of 95W, which is pretty impressive given its relative size.
Compact Design
However, for those building compact office systems, mid-range SFF gaming systems, or something like a little Plex server, home NAS, DIY router or similar project, then these little coolers can be ideal, as they’re cheap, quiet, powerful enough and again they suit very compact build types very easily. They’re also very easy to install, with a built-in mount that can screw right down to the stock AMD backplate.
The tiny size isn’t lacking though, packing four 6mm copper heat pipes, with an aluminium fin-stack heatsink, and a premium quality Akasa 92mm fan to cool everything. It measures in at 94x94x29.5 mm and weighs just 232 grams. The fan itself is a ball-bearing design, rated for 40,000 hours, and is powered by a 4-pin PWM header, which can drive it between 800 to 3600 RPM, with up to 40 CFM of airflow, at 2.2 mm H₂O static pressure and 17-35.8 dBA.
Price and Availability
Unfortunately, the pricing and release date haven’t been revealed, but we do know that it’ll have a 2-year warranty, and expect further updates in the coming weeks.
