AKRacing

If you’re a fan of gaming chairs, then you’ve heard of AKRacing. They’re one of the biggest names in the business, so it’s no surprise they had a bunch of new models to show off at CES 2019.

First up we have the funky camouflage edition here. I’m not too sure about the print being on a PU Leather type finish, I think a fabric-finish would be the way forward with this design. However, I’m sure there will be loads of you who absolutely love it. Of course, it still has the great build quality and ergonomics AK are known for.

MAX

If you dislike the “wings” on the seat of most gaming chairs, then you’ll love the MAX. It has a much wider seat cushion which I think is more comfortable even with my slender frame. However, it’s also more accommodating to those with larger bodies.

Extra wide backrest, larger lumbar cushion, long armrests, and the colours look fantastic too.

Pro

This ones not as wide as the MAX, but it does have a much deeper seat design and a thicker layer of padding on the front for improved leg support too. For their gaming chairs, I think this is one of the best looking. The contrasting white and black just looks amazing.

Core Series

The premium chairs have more adjustments such as 4D armrests, and locking tilt. However, they also cost more money. The new Core Series still have tilt (with a lock) and 3D armrests. The designs are also fabric and a little less extreme.

However, they’re still designed to be incredibly comfortable and I think the finish on them looks superb too. I like the red, even if it is a little bright. Then again, the black would blend in at home, the office, or anywhere really.
