All in one liquid CPU coolers are very popular these days. Antec, Corsair, Thermaltake and Enermax are all big name brands that make these kind of products or plan to start making them shortly. There has also been increasing speculation that Cooler Master will also bring out their own line of all in one liquid CPU coolers sometime next year.
EKL Alpenfohn are the latest brand to hop on board with the all in one liquid CPU cooler market. There range of liquid CPU coolers will be called “wasser” (German for Water unsurprisingly) and will feature support for Intel LGA 2011/1366/1155/1156/775 and AMD Socket AM3(+)/AM2(+)/FM1 processors.
Like with nearly all closed loop liquid CPU coolers there is a low profile pump, 120mm radiator, cooper cold plate, enclosed coolant and tubing. The tubes are of the soft bending design which is nice as it makes routing the tubing in your case a lot easier. The radiator is 27mm thick and 52mm when a fan is attached. The included 120mm WingBoost Pure fan operates between 500 and 1500 RPM with a noise output of 8 to 25 dBA.
The expected retail price is around €70.
