Alphacool Reveals CORE 1 Series CPU Water Blocks

Alphacool has unveiled its new Core 1 CPU cooler combining the best of old and new technologies to create a powerful and capable CPU cooler.

Alphacool Core 1

The Alphacool Core 1 CPU cooler utilises the new 3D jet plate in combination with the tried and tested cross-slot technology which ensures an extremely even distribution of the coolant on the revised cooler base. When compared to the previous Alphacool claims that a 10 Kelvin lower temperature can be achieved when compared to the previous model whilst I claim that they should’ve used Celsius like everyone else so I didn’t have to overthink what that meant. The cooler has an enlarged nickel-plated copper base which ensures complete coverage of larger CPUs.

Design

The block features an elegant and functional design with nickel-plated connectors standing out from the high-quality brass housing with rounded corners. Users have options of white, silver and black as well as the aurora black and white variants which feature ARGB lighting.

Features

  • Dimensions (L x W x H): 72 x 72 x 26,50 mm
  • Material: Housing: brass; Cooler: nickel-plated copper
  • Threads: 2x G1/4″
  • Fin Thickness/distance: 0.4/0.4 mm
  • Max work temperature: 60 °C

Compatibility

  • Intel: LGA 1700
  • AMD: AM4, AM5

Price and Availability

The Core 1 CPU Cooler is available now in White, Silver and black as well as Aurora Silver and Aurora Black at the Alphacool Online Store.
