It’s not the first time I’ve seen this happen, buy it looks like AlphaSync are able to deliver you a full gaming PC, built and ready to rock, for less than what it would cost to do it yourself. Now, I’ll admit, there are cheaper deals on Windows 10 out there if you know where to look. However, I want to point out that the ram, HDD’s, the GPU, the CPU, all had some pretty great deals going on and I suspect it’ll be even more expensive to build this system yourself in the new year. However, keep in mind the value of having it delivered pre-built, with Windows 10 installed, all drivers installed, and a fantastic UK based warranty on the whole system. In short, this is bloody fantastic value for money.
For 1080p Ultra and even up to 144 Hz 1440p performance, the RTX 2060 and the Ryzen 3700X really do make a winning combination. They’re very impressive bits of hardware, without needing to push the budget to extremes. Unless you’re gaming at 4K, you simply don’t need a faster GPU than that right now. Plus, you’ll get the benefits of RTX, such as DLSS, Ray Tracing, etc, with compatible software.
The Ryzen 3700X is about as good a CPU as you could hope for. It’s not far off the 3800X for daily performance either, despite costing less. Plus, it’ll even give the Intel 9900K a good spanking in quite a few benchmarks. It’s a really good choice for a home, work, and gaming PC all in one. It’ll render video like a champ, plus it’ll be great for gaming, streaming, etc. It’s easily my favourite CPU on the market right now.
The AlphaSync Canine is a great looking system. I’m not completely sold on the case design myself, but that’s subjective. I do love the monochrome look though. Plus, I’m honestly happy to see a mixture of brands, rather than just choosing a piece of hardware so the branding matches. They picked what they like, and that shows in the price and performance here. It’s a clean looking build, leaving some room for future upgrades and expansion. Plus, if you snap up the deal before the end of January, you even get a free game deal.
I honestly can’t fault this PC. Not only is it a fantastic system when it comes to both work and gaming tasks, but it’s also currently cheaper to buy than it would be to build it yourself. Highly recommended!
