Amazon is celebrating the 10th year since their Kindle e-Reader’s debut by offering discounts on several Kindle devices. The discount takes off $30 USD from the regular Kindle, Kindle Paperwhite and Kindle Voyage. Not surprisingly, the anniversary discount does not apply on the unreleased Kindle Oasis. This discount drops the price of the regular Kindle down to only $49.99, while it drops Paperwhite down to only $89.99. Meanwhile, the Kindle Voyage’s price is only $169.99.
Even kids can celebrate with the Kindle for Kids bundle, which provides the regular Kindle E-reader and includes a color cover. Kids can choose between black, green, blue, pink and purple. This also adds an extra year warranty from the standard 1-year coverage.
On top of hardware discounts, Amazon is also offering deals on their large selection of Kindle eBooks. Up to 85-percent off top selling titles is hard to pass up. Some of these titles include Kurt Vonnegut’s Slaughterhouse-Five which is only $1.58 (actually 91% off), as well as Andy Weir’s The Martian which is $2.73 (82% off).
Even the Kindle Unlimited book subscription service gets a discount. A 12-month subscription is currently 33% off, but avid readers who want to opt for a 24-month subscription can get as much as 40% off.
For those who prefer audiobooks, Amazon is also offering $50 USD off a one-year Audible membership. This applies to new members only and costs $99.50 annually ($149.50 regularly pre-discount).
To take advantage of this deal, visit Amazon.com. The sale is running from October 23rd through the 25th, so hurry if you want to save.
