With the weekend fast approaching, you might already be putting some thought into what you might be spending your time doing in terms of gaming. Well, if you’re in the market for a freebie, then you’re going to want to check this out as following a new promotion launched by Amazon Prime, those who currently subscribe to their service will be able to grab themselves a free copy of Battlefield 1 with Battlefield V also set to join the fray in the very near future!
At the time of writing, Amazon currently has Battlefield 1 available to claim and own forever on PC. All you need is a Prime account, and by checking out their gaming website, you should be able to claim your copy which you can then activate via Origin. While it is only currently Battlefield 1, it is already confirmed that you’ll also be able to grab Battlefield V on August 2nd.
Admittedly, neither of these titles were the most exceptionally well received from the Battlefield franchise, but free is free, and you can’t argue with that! – One does wonder, however, if Amazon has only announced this to deflect some of the attention away from accusations that an upcoming in-house gaming release of theirs apparently bricks Nvidia 30XX graphics cards.
If you do, however, want to learn more about this promotion and maybe grab your copy of Battlefield 1 now in anticipation of the upcoming Battlefield V giveaway, you can check out the official Amazon Prime Gaming website via the link here!
