Amazon to launch two Tablets

Amazon has decided it will be launching its own brand of Tablet PCs. The first will be a 7″ Tablet which will be launched in October, this Tablet will be made by Quanta Computers. The second Tablet will be a 10.1″ design and this is going to launch in Q1 of 2012 these Tablets are being mass produced by Foxconn who recently won the contract to produce them. Foxconn already produces Amazon’s highly successful kindle.

Amazon plans to agressively market this new android-based tablet range much like it did for its Kindles and analysts are expecting 5 million unit sales by the end of the year.
