Everest CPU Benchmark Results

CPU Queen

This simple integer benchmark focuses on the branch prediction capabilities and the misprediction penalties of the CPU. It finds the solutions for the classic “Queens problem” on a 10 by 10 sized chessboard.

Some fantastic results from the 1100T, even trumping the i7 950 from Intel by quite a big fraction. Just behind the 1100T is its predecessor the 1090T.

CPU PhotoWorxx

This integer benchmark peforms different common tasks used during digital photo processing.

Due to this task being based around an RGB image and the different functions that can be done to a photo, the i7 950 won by a clear mile, but we are still unsure as to why the 1100T performed so badly.

CPU AES

This integer benchmark measures CPU performance using AES (a.k.a. Rijndael) data encryption. It utilizes Vincent Rijmen, Antoon Bosselaers and Paulo Barreto’s public domain C code in ECB mode.

Clear results again from the 1100T, giving a smooth finish by quite a large margin when compared to the Intel i7 950. The only processor that came close was the slightly slower 1090T.

CPU Zlib

This integer benchmark measures combined CPU and memory subsystem performance through the public ZLib compression library Version 1.2.5

No surprise again, with the 1100T getting around a third better performance over the quad core i7 950. The 1090T came in at a close second as expected.

  1. 190 doesn`t sound so bad for that 3.6 turbo speed. but when we`ll see stock speed from AMD at least 3.8 at this price then i`ll consider it 🙂

  2. why not make stable 4 point 0 😀 GHz CPU? Naah Whole pace gathered by the competition between Intel and AMD is good for prices of older models. But what with multi threaded apps? You pay for the 6cores and only few of apps can take advantage of it? That's why i'm using x2 low power CPU in my HTPC. Am I wrong when i will say that i can count those apps with all my fingers ? BTW 190Ł holy smokey! that's almost whole my computer price 😀

  3. I bet you can clock that up even higher, but still, any 6 core processor is beast. I love AMD processors, so cheaply sold which makes it good for people like me. Great review, thank you.
