Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered
Developed by Insomniac Games in collaboration with Marvel, and optimized for PC by Nixxes Software, Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered on PC introduces an experienced Peter Parker who’s fighting big crime and iconic villains in Marvel’s New York. At the same time, he’s struggling to balance his chaotic personal life and career while the fate of Marvel’s New York rests upon his shoulders.
Available now on Steam.
Moving onto Spider-Man Remastered, and at 1080p, the results are frankly all over the place with some severe bottlenecking occurring to the likes of the RTX 4080, 4070 Ti and even potentially the 7700 XT among many other cards. No matter what you choose, 1080p in this game will be a breeze, but the 7700 XT is a 1440p card so the results should line up a little better there.
They do, and things are back to normal with a 21% increase over the 6700 XT, putting performance just below the 6800 XT, though the RTX 4070 finds a new lease of life and is now coming in 18% faster at 1440p.
Then at 4K, we see a similar 22% improvement over the 7700XT’s predecessor, the 6700 XT and this now gives us identical performance to the RX 6800, but as this card isn’t aimed at 4K gaming, it’s not a massive point to be honest.
