AMD Radeon VII 7nm Graphics Card Review

Overclocking

Pushing the clocks up proved to be easy enough, giving us 1955 MHz on the GPU core, and a big boost to 1170 MHz on the memory. I think it has more to give, I honestly do, but the fan noise is just so loud and the heat creeps up that it becomes a bit of a trade off that isn’t worth it. However, gaining 7.73% in 3DMark and 5.11% in Tomb Raider is nothing to sniff at. I think you should OC this card, just make sure it gets good airflow and you’ll be cosy.

Peter Donnell

As a child still in my 30's (but not for long), I spend my day combining my love of music and movies with a life-long passion for gaming, from arcade classics and retro consoles to the latest high-end PC and console games. So it's no wonder I write about tech and test the latest hardware while I enjoy my hobbies!
