The real impressive parts of the VEGA 2200G are still to come, such as the extremely low power usage. Even at full load while overclocked, it’s one of the lowest we’ve tested. Of course, it’s not the fastest CPU, but I’m impressed by the performance vs power ratios we’re seeing.

Thermal performance is consistent too, and incredibly low. However, there’s a surprise in the fact that these tests were all done with the stock cooler. That’s right, that low power usage means low heat, meaning we were able to overclock just fine on the stock cooler and stay under 60c!
