Hogwarts Legacy shows a smaller 6% improvement moving from Zen 4 to Zen 5, which is nice to see, but again, the disparity for the amount of extra performance you get versus the extra cost of having the 9700X just doesn’t make all that much sense, especially if you’re looking for a CPU for gaming as the 7800X3D, albeit slightly more expensive again, makes much more sense.
