In F1 22, it’s a very similar story, with a 20% performance increase over the 5900X, 9% over the 5950X and 3% lead over the 12900K. While we are sitting well above 300FPS, and its unlikely that you’ll notice the difference at such a high frame rate, a win is still a win. The 1% lows were better generation to generation, but the lead did narrow to only 7% when comparing the 7900X to 5900X while the 5950X and 12900K gave very similar results to the 7900X with Intel pushing just ahead.
