Antec EarthWatts Platinum 450W Power Supply Review

A Closer Look – Exterior

The top of the Antec EarthWatts Platinum 450W is just a plain black fan grille and black fan.

The cable end is very bare as this unit is non-modular to maximise efficiency.

The side is plain with just an Antec logo.

The other side has the power sticker with all the power details.

The bottom is plain.

The rear uses hexagonal mesh, a standard kettle input with on/off switch and has no branding.

With this being non-modular unit all the cables come attached in a rather large “clump”.

In terms of connectors we get a 24 pin and 8 pin (4+4).

Additionally there are four molex, five SATA and one FDD.

There is also a pair of 6+2 pin PCIe connectors.
