The system took around 20 minutes to build, given the straight forward design and relatively simple nature of the design there were no complications with installing our test components making this a good place to start for any system builders that need something simple to start with. Cable management is neat and tidy and the rear cable management put up no issues with hiding all our excess cables.
In the front of the chassis I installed the Kingston SSD in the bottom hard drive tray, I’ve also taken the large bulk of cables from the front I/O panel and re-routed them through a more discreet cable management hole. Since we installed our own Antec 920 water cooler in the back of the chassis I was able to use the stock 120mm fan as an air intake fan in the front of the chassis.
The 920 Kuhler fit with ease, although I would be surprised if an Antec cooler didn’t fit an Antec case and there is still a fair amount of space between the top of the radiator, the top panel of the chassis and the top mounted fans. There is a good amount of clearance from our GPU and PSU, meaning there’s good ventilation and easily room for at least a dual GPU setup here. I’ve also inverse mounted the PSU to make good use of the bottom air filter.
