AOC U27B3CF is Their Latest 27-inch 4K USB-C Monitor for Professionals

AOC has just revealed their latest monitors that look ideal for working from home or in the office, the U27B3CF. The monitor features a 27″ (68.6 cm) panel with a 4K resolution, making it great for content creation and media consumption. It comes with a really easy to use USB-C connectivity with 65W power delivery too, meaning you can single cable into it with your laptop or mobile device and you’re ready to rock, making it a great option for workspaces that use hot desking. You can even hook your keyboard and mouse to the monitor, as it has a two port USB hub built in.

The 10-bit colour depth (8-bit + FRC) and 1.07 billion colours ensure smooth colour gradients, while HDR10 compliance brings content to life with enhanced contrast and brightness. With a peak brightness of 350 nits, this monitor provides vibrant visuals even in well-lit home and office environments.

Enhanced comfort and versatility

Aimed primarily at home and office users, the U27B3CF boasts Adaptive-Sync technology for variable refresh rates and a 4 ms GtG response time for smooth, tear-free visuals for both work and occasional casual gaming. The ergonomic stand offers 110 mm of height adjustment and -5/20° tilt for comfort during long sessions. For users who prefer alternative mounting solutions such as monitor arms or wall mounts, the monitor is compatible with 100×100 mm VESA mounts.

The U27B3CF’s 3-sided frameless design not only provides a sleek, modern look but also minimises distractions, especially in multi-monitor setups. Two built-in 2 W speakers provide decent audio performance for everyday use, reducing the need for external speakers in many scenarios, such as video calls. The monitor incorporates LowBlue mode and Flicker-Free technology to reduce eye strain and fatigue during extended periods of use, ensuring that users can work or enjoy entertainment comfortably for hours on end.

Expanding the B3 Series

The U27B3CF is the latest addition to AOC’s versatile B3 Series, designed to meet the diverse needs of home and business users. This series now offers a comprehensive range of options, from Full HD to 4K resolutions, in a variety of sizes and feature sets. The line-up includes the recently launched Q27B3CF2, a 27″ QHD monitor with USB-C connectivity and a 100 Hz refresh rate, catering to users who prioritise smooth visuals. For those seeking affordable 4K options, the 27″ U27B3A and U27B3AF offer UHD resolution with 60 Hz refresh rates, the latter with a height-adjustable stand. The introduction of the 27″ U27B3CF combines multiple of these features, matching 4K resolution with a USB-C input and 65 W Power Delivery, providing users with a powerful, all-in-one solution for modern, hybrid workspaces. This diverse range ensures that whether users need basic functionality or advanced features, there’s a B3 Series monitor to suit their specific needs and budget.

Pricing and availability

The AOC U27B3CF monitor offers exceptional clarity, vibrant colours, and advanced connectivity features that enhance both productivity and entertainment. It will be available from July 2024 at an attractive MSRP of £249.99.
