AOC unveils the new 23″ Aire Pro with a sleek aluminium finish

AOC, one of the world’s largest manufacturer of LCD/LED displays, have revealed their iF Design Award winning product as well as one of the world’s slimmest display; the 23” Aire Pro.

Featuring a sleek brushed aluminium finish, this HD monitor is only 9.2mm, yet despite being that slim, still packs enough to impress in terms of specs and features.

To start off, AOC has made this display panel an IPS panel, short for In-Plane Switching, which thanks to its superior screen type offers consistent image appearance and colors evenly across the entire screen, even at the most extreme viewing angles.

Another feature is the integrated Screen+ software that allows for the screen to be divided into four self-contained work areas, therefore allowing more productivity.

Eco-friendliness has also been attributed, AOC implementing more than a couple of features, going as far as making the packaging green. With a completely Mercury free LED backlight, the Aire Pro offers an Off Timer to set an alarm clock to the turn the monitor off as well as an eSaver that allows the user to pre-set power conservation modes for when the computer is not in use, while it will only consume 0.1W when in Standby Mode.
