Aorus Xtreme RTX 2080 Ti Graphics Card Review

A Closer Look
Without a doubt, the Xtreme cards are some of the best looking GPUs on the market right now. I should point out, that the RTX 2070, 2080, and this 2080 Ti all look identical, with the same Xtreme performance cooler installed. This is no bad thing though, as we’ve seen in previous reviews, it had superb performance.
Down the side, you’ll find a lot of ventilation, allowing for easy heat dissipation.
Of course, with 3 x 100mm fans crammed in there, I doubt airflow would be a problem anyway. Plus the shroud is quite minimal, leaving lots of room for air intake.
The card features addressable RGB LED lighting on the side logos. However, there’s also lighting on the fan mounts, as well as on the tips of the fans for some cooling ring lighting effects.
Down the side of the card, there are two 8-pin PSU headers, both slightly recessed to keep cable routing nice and tight.
The back of the card looks just as great as the rest too. It features a massive full-metal backplate, as well as a large RGB Aorus decal. Not only does this add strength to the card, but also passive cooling for the PCB.
Finally, we have the rear of the card. There are a whopping seven display outputs on this card. However, they operate in two blocks, so you can either run 3 x HDMI + 1 x Type-C, or 3 x DP + 1 x HDMI + 1 x Type-C. That’s a pretty awesome combo, as it means you can hook up three displays on either cable type, plus a VR device.
