Apple fans will soon have a lot of excitement as the tech giant is set to unveil some big news in two weeks time. According to invitations Apple has sent out, on March 21st, Apple wants to “loop you in”, a pun based on their One Infinity Loop address for their HQ. The March 21st date matches up previous information that there will be event set to happen on the week of March 21st to announce some new hardware and iOS revisions.
From what we know from before, the biggest reveal is most likely the new 4-inch iPhone, the iPhone 5SE. Set to replace the aging iPhone 5S, the new phone will feature an A8 or A9 SoC, almost guaranteed due to the encryption lawsuit, along with some other changes to other parts of the phone. Companion Apple Watch may also see some updates as well.
An iPad Air 3 may also debut with a new SoC and potentially even more ram and newer features like Apple Pencil taking their cue from the iPad Pro. The MacBook and MacBook Pro lineups may also see a Skylake update as well. For software, iOS 9.3, WatchOS 2.2, OS X 10.11.4, and tvOS 9.2 may be likely.
