Apple iPhone 6S Should Feature 2GB of RAM, A9 Processor

It looks like Apple’s upcoming iPhone 6S could feature twice the amount of RAM, with the next-gen iPhone being the first iPhone to feature 2GB of RAM. All other iPhone units have featured 1GB of RAM up, until now that is.
The rumours continue, with the new iPad could contain 4GB of RAM which should help it become a much better mutlitasking tablet. Considering flagship Android devices feature at least 3GB of RAM, this is some great news for Apple. The 2GB of RAM in the iPhone and 4GB of RAM in the iPad should make the 64-bit processor that Apple will be using with the A9 chip will improve overall performance, especially in demanding applications.
