Apple lying in its lawsuit

It seems Apple isn’t so much of a fair player, which is unfortunately the way most companies work today.
In the continuing of their lawsuit, Apple apparently shrunk the Galaxy S and modified the screen to make it look identical to the iPhone, which in truth, as you can see by the photo above, is the opposite.
Why is this? Some could say that Apple is scared, but why the need of a lawsuit, if Apple is already one of the most valuable companies in the world, what is the need to all this?
This is starting to become mysterious, we shall see what happens to these two companies in the near future.
