Apple is constantly developing new and improved versions of its most important products, namely the Apple Watch and the iPhone. Sources indicate that the company is going to host a special event in March, during which it will unveil the second generation Apple Watch as well as the 4-inch iPhone 6c. If this turns out to be true, it likely means that Apple has been developing technologies for its second-generation Watch before the first generation was released for shipping in April 2015. Some of the most noteworthy upgrades are likely to include improved health tracking features, sleep tracking and a FaceTime camera, but increased independence from the iPhone would also represent a welcomed addition.
As for the iPhone 6c, it is aimed at those of you who believe that the 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch displays on the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus are too large. As far as power goes, rumors suggest that the 6c will receive an A9 Soc from Samsung and TSMC, which is also found in the aforementioned models. It’s also worth noting that the 6c is not likely to support 3D Touch capabilities, while its cameras would offer 1.2 megapixels at the front and 8 megapixels at the rear. Adding up the smaller screen, it’s likely that this new iPhone will be sold at a cheaper price when compared to its larger siblings. Would you be interested in purchasing one?
