Cooling manufacturer Aqua Computer is announcing their own version of a full coverage waterblock specifically for AMD’s new RX Vega video cards. The Aqua Computer kryographics is available in copper and nickel plated version, providing GPU and VRM cooling to both RX Vega 56 and 64 graphics cards. Unlike most other blocks using acrylic with a clear view of the cooling engine, the kryographics design has a unique shape.
The water-block is a very low profile design, in keeping with the RX Vega’s single slot capability. While the base part uses copper, the clear top cover is acrylic glass with steel mounting plates. The G1/4 terminals on the other hand are acetal. While it does not have RGB LED, it has a built-in red LED feature. This installs easily via the video card PCB’s fan header. Optionally, users can also keep the original AMD RX Vega graphics card backplate without interfering with the block.
The kryographics waterblock for AMD’s RX Vega is now available via shop.aquacomputer.de starting at €109.99 for the copper version. The nickel plated version costs a bit more at €124.99. The 19% tax is already part of this pricing, however the shipping costs extra.
