Compared to the Freezer7, the Freezer13 is taller, longer and heavier. The Freezer7 didn’t have problems with components close to the socket (RAM slots, tall capacitors etc). but the Freezer13 has shaved 8mm off the width meaning it will fit almost any board without issue.
