ARCTIC are my personal go-to when it comes to good cooling solutions that don’t break the bank and give you exactly what you paid for. Today they have released their new 4U-M cooler for those looking to keep their next Threadripper, EPYC or Xeon-powered workstation or server PC running cool.
The new Freezer 4U-M as per its name is a cooler that is designed to fit comfortably in 4U server racks and 4U consumer cases where you are most likely to find the Xeon, Threadripper or EPYC processors that this cooler has been designed for. It supports the LGA4186, LGA4677, SP6, sTR5, SP3, TR4 and sWRX8 sockets plus it has 53mm of clearance for a wide range of RAM.
The cooler uses a push-pull fan setup through the large heatsink which uses high-density fins with eight Direct Touch, Ø 6 mm heat pipes. It is fully capable of cooling up to 350W of TDP which is where the majority of Intel’s latest XEON lineup sits.
The new Freezer 4U-M is available today in the ARCTIC Webshop, Amazon and eBay with a starting price of €53.99 (€64.99 MSRP).
