ARCTIC has expanded its wide array of thermal interfaces with the launch of the TP-3 Premium Performance thermal pads. – The TP-3 are softer than conventional pads and therefore particularly suitable for different chip heights and possible tolerances. Thanks to their good compression properties, they adapt to the surface profile without putting too much stress on the components. This ensures optimum heat transfer even on rough surfaces.
The ARCTIC TP-3 Pads are heat-conducting, vibration-damping, deformable, electrically insulating and therefore safe and easy to use. They are versatile and are therefore ideal for RAMs, chipsets and ICs of all kinds, which are used in PCs, laptops, consoles, graphics cards and electronic devices in general.
In addition to their low thermal resistance, their flexibility of use makes TP-3 thermal pads unique. They are very soft and therefore they can adapt to the unevenness of the substrate profile, without mechanically stressing the covered components, even with higher contact pressure. Not only are they very practical, but also very safe and easy to use, as they are vibration damping, electrically insulating and non-capacitive. ARCTIC TP-3 thermal pads are not self-adhesive.
ARCTIC thermal pads come in a variety of different thicknesses and sizes, which can easily be cut to the preferred size.
The single and multipack variants of the ARCTIC TP-3 are available to purchase now with prices starting at $7.99 and $11.99 respectively. – If you would, therefore, like to learn more about them, you can visit the official product website via the link here!
