When looking at how an overall system compares, the best way to do so is to look at the integrated tool that Windows 7 include, with their Experience Score. This is an easy way to identify which components score highly and make for an easy comparison against other systems like this.
Sadly, the CPU is the biggest let down of this system, but due to the sufficient hard drive and discrete graphics, some good scores are to be had when looking at the other components.
