Arctic have today released a new product, the S1 Plus Turbo Module, a new fan designed to fit onto their VGA cooler.
This specific model fits on the recent Accelero S1 Plus VGA cooler, on which it will provide an active airflow on the originally passive cooler, therefore making it more efficient.
The S1 is 120mm in size and features a special mount hole spacing, along which are provided the rubber bolts, dampening vibrations and holding the fan in place at the same time. Other accessories include a Molex power adapter and syringe of Arctic MX-4 thermal compound (since you’ll probably need to take the cooler off to place the fan).
The fan itself spins at a range of 600 to 1000RPM with a noise level of 0.25 sone (not sure why the noise level wasn’t in dBA though).
The Arctic S1 Plus Turbo Module is now available with a 6 year warranty for $11.90.
