Arctic has today launched an AMD version of the Alpine 11 PLUS due to a number of requests the company received from AMD users regarding the Intel cooler. Now available, AMD users can enjoy the same quiet performance with the Alpine 64 PLUS.
Providing a perfect cooling solution with an optimized aluminium heatsink dissipating the heat from the CPU, the 92mm PWM-controlled fan operates at speeds varying between 600 and 2000 RPM, reaching a maximum cooling capacity of 100 Watts.
Noise level is of 0.4 Sone only even at full load, meaning you won’t be bothered by the sound of this cooler even while it’s performing at its best.
Furthermore, the cooler comes with a pre-applied Arctic MX-4 thermal compound as well as a transport-proof mounting system to provide a quick and user friendly installation.
Compatible with AMD sockets FM1, AM3+, AM3, AM2+, AM2 and 939, the Alpine 64 PLUS comes with a six-year limited warranty and is available now for the price of $14.95/€10.94 excl. VAT.
