Arctic are a company that is well regarded in the enthusiast DIY PC space, known for their quiet and affordable PC cooling solutions; They were quick to make a name for themselves as one of the top players on the market with their affordable and effective products.
For quite a while, Arctic was focused solely on products designed to cool down your PC and its components; but then a few years ago they released a line of compact personal desktop fans, including the Breeze, the Breeze Mobile and the Summair Light. The Summair light is now the predecessor to what we are looking at here today, a pair of new fans with the Summair title to land in my hands for review.
We’ll be doing a sort of double feature for this review because even though these are both technically their own products, they are close enough to mean that they can be looked at together.
What we are looking at today is the Arctic Summair and the Summair Plus, both are small desktop fans that are hoping to find a place in your setup. But of course, the most important question we need to ask is whether they actually do what they advertise and cool you down, or if they do nothing more than blow hot air.
