Packaging & Unboxing
The front of the box features a depiction of the Viking god of music, Bragi, the god that this kit of memory is named after.
The back of the box is mostly text in a variety of languages, with the inclusion of a sticker giving information on the DIMM.
Inside the outer sleeve of the box is a plain black cardboard box with a red glossy Asgard logo on it.
Once we open the magnetic flap of the box, we are presented with a little semi-transparent piece of card that shows off some design sketches of the product.
Underneath the artwork is an included cleaning cloth. This is a nice touch as an inclusion once we realize what the finish on the memory is, but we’ll come on to that.
And then underneath that is the actual memory itself, The protective peels on your memory will be applied a lot more nicely than it is here; I had to reapply it for the photo, and it ended up looking a bit ugly, but that’s my fault. Something I like about this memory that I would like to see more companies do is leave the stickers off, so you can apply them only if you want to, which I never would.
Something of a trend has appeared with Asgard, all the kits we have looked at from them include gloves. Of all the kits, this is the one where I can see it being an actual benefit, even if they are very small.
