The Star Wars battlefront series is very popular amongst Star Wars gamers, at least it was until EA’s 2017 Star Wars Battlefront 2 left a pretty sour taste in all of our mouths. Today Aspyr, in partnership with Lucasfilm games, has revealed the Star Wars Battlefront Classic Collection.
During today’s Nintendo Direct, Aspyr and Lucasfilm Games announced this new collection which involves the two classic Star Wars Battlefront games from 2004 and 2005 respectively. It launches on March 14th 2024 on Nintendo Switch, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC Via Steam and Steam Deck for a price of $34.99 (Pre-Order $31.49). The collection aims to bring the classic games to modern platforms including online play for up to 64 players, expansions to Hero Assault mode, and all previously released bonus content.
