Recently we have seen price cuts with Intel ARC GPU’s bringing them down to more tempting price points, but initially, these price cuts had only affected Intel’s own GPUs and not the few AIBs that have also made ARC GPUs but now ASRock has slashed their prices as well.
All ARC GPUs made by ASRock A380, A750 and A770 have all received price cuts in response to Intel’s price cuts giving the ARC GPUs much more competitive pricing against its competitors Nvidia and AMD. The 8GB ARC A770 has been dropped from $320 to $270, the A750 down to $240 from $280 and the bottom barrel A380 down to $120 from $150.
Price drops are never a bad thing for us and it is a good move from Intel to try and claw some market share and hopefully allow their ARC GPU lineup to become a strong competitor in the GPU market being priced competitively against their equivalent cards from AMD and NVIDIA despite the driver shortcomings.
Looking at Overclockers and Ebuyer the discounts are available here in the UK for ASRock cards though not quite as low as the US $ pricing has suggested.
