Synthetic Benchmarks
The ASRock Extreme4 performs pretty decently, and I think it’s fair to say it performs about in the middle of most Z390 motherboards, maybe just a little under midway. That’s not a bad thing though, as I think the board is priced to reflect that. Its performance is decent, scoring 23277 in 3DMark, which may be a bit behind the top scores, but the top motherboards are almost twice the price, and this isn’t half the performance either. The same is true in both Unigine as well as PCMark 10.
For the Wprime score, is a good surprise though, clocking the 3rd fastest time for Z390 at 83.05 seconds. It also scored in the high-end for Cinebench and Handbrake. Overall, it’s clear the CPU performance is doing better than its GPU performance, but that’s not a bad thing overall.
