Even though we find the X79 Fatal1ty at the bottom of the chart for SATA III performance, the margin we see is very close so much so that we wouldn’t say that there is much difference in performance, given variations in drives them self. We did find when overclocked a small gain in performance, but again this is still closely comparable.
