ASRock Launches Challenger Monitor Series Designed For “Light Gaming”

Today ASRock has launched its new Challenger monitor series which includes two new monitors in 24.5″ and 27″ sizes designed for light gaming whilst also being great for office tasks.

ASRock Challenger CL25FF & CL27FF

The new Challenger series comes in with the aim of light gaming and to ‘challenge’ the perceptions of business displays. Both the CL25FF and CL27FF come equipped with high specifications for gaming including up to 100Hz refresh rates, 1ms MPRT response times, and AMD FreeSync technology to eliminate screen tearing. They use a wide 178° viewing angle 1080p IPS panel with low-blue light mode making it an ideal choice for gaming and working.

Ergonomics

The display itself comes with low-blue light technology as well as flicker-free technology to ensure that users are comfortable when using the monitor, the high refresh rate also aids in reducing fatigue during long periods. The included stand doesn’t offer much adjustment with just tilt: +20° ~ -5° but it does feature a 100×100 VESA mount for alternative stands.
