ASRock has today launched new variations of its Z790 and B650E Taichi motherboards in the form of a new lite variant with the same specs and features but less RGB and a simpler exterior design.
ASRock Taichi Lite Motherboards
These new Taichi Lite motherboards from ASRock have been created with a focus purely on functionality, performance and durability bringing the high-end motherboard back into affordable price ranges. Both the Z790 and B650E Taichi Lite boards have been stripped of their fancy RGB effects and design features that just add unnecessary costs to the motherboard. With these boards, ASRock has brought high-end features that people desire at a more affordable price point

Furthermore, the boards are both equipped with the latest USB4 offering fast and simple connections alongside a healthy amount of USB Type A connectivity. Finally, both boards come with Wi-Fi 6E and an external antenna for blazing fast wireless speeds.
Where Can I Learn More?
I’m not sure how much of the production cost removing RGB saves but it must be enough for ASRock to boast about. As an RGB hater, I’m all for cutting RGB to save money and pass it on to the customer. Unfortunately, ASRock hasn’t shared any pricing or availability however if you would like to learn more about the new Taichi Lite motherboards visit their product pages below at ASRock.com.
