For the past year and a half, the next Assassin’s Creed has been shrouded in mystery with it only being referred to by its code name Assassin’s Creed Red. Now finally on a Twitter/X post, the name of the game has been revealed to be Assassins Creed Shadows and not just that the planned release date for the game has been leaked.

Assassins Creed Shadows Leaks
The information for the leak comes straight from the official Assassins Creed YouTube channel where according to the description, Assassin’s Creed Shadows will be released on November 15th, 2024. This confirms previous rumours that the game would be released later this year.

Other than the leaks we still don’t know much about Assassins Creed Shadows other than it will be using the AnvilNext Engine and will also be set within Feudal Japan. I do hope that this upcoming Assassin’s Creed is good as so far it has the perfect setting but after Skull and Bones, I probably shouldn’t get my hopes up.
