ASUS has just announced their new mid-tower case which combines style, functionality, and adaptability in a single package. Its innovative dual-chamber design sets it apart from the competition, providing enhanced airflow and a clutter-free interior.

With a focus on user experience, the GT502 Horizon boasts easy-to-remove side panels, a tool-free SSD installation system, and support for vertical GPU mounting. The case’s robust construction and ample room for expansion further solidify its position as a top contender in the market.

New lighting options

The panoramic view provided by the TUF Gaming GT502 Horizon might have users thinking about how to set off their build with the right RGB LED accents. ASUS offers several options for them to consider, each perfectly tailored for this chassis. The first is the TUF Gaming ARGB Lighting Kit for the GT502 Horizon series. This accessory kit gives users ambient lighting strips that stretch across the wide tempered-glass panels. Magnetic attachment points make it easy to install, and it is fully compatible with Aura Sync so users can easily coordinate its lighting effects with the rest of their gear.

Next is a device that TUF Gaming devotees have been asking for: the TUF Gaming ARGB PWM Fan Hub. This convenient, durable hub can connect up to six case fans with support for PWM and ARGB control, letting users ramp up cooling as temperatures rise while keeping all their ARGB lighting effects effortlessly synchronized. Power LEDs let users confirm at a glance that each connection is correct.

The TUF Gaming ARGB PWM Fan Hub carries forward the TUF Gaming reputation for durable hardware with a wiring cover that protects the internal components. It also has safety fuses that provide overcurrent and short-circuit protection. Plus, with its dual SATA inputs, users have plenty of power on tap for ARGB lighting and PWM fans. Two embedded magnets make installation a breeze, and it’s all wrapped up in the battle-hardened, minimalist TUF aesthetic. It’s a perfect style match for any TUF Gaming chassis.

The TUF Gaming TR120 ARGB fans announced earlier this year are also now arriving at retail stores. Available in both standard and reverse-airflow editions, these new fans offer bolstered airflow and static pressure with their thicker 28 mm frame, all while only producing 29dB(A) of noise. An 8+8 double-layer LED array emits light evenly, and encircling translucent panels bring the lightshow to the exterior of the frame.

The TUF Gaming GT502 Horizon, TUF Gaming ARGB Lighting Kit for the GT502 Horizon series and TUF Gaming ARGB PWM Fan Hub are scheduled for release in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Dual-chamber cooling that does more

The TUF Gaming GT502 Horizon chassis gives users a wide array of options for planning out the cooling system of their next high-powered build. It starts with a roomy dual-chamber design. The rear chamber offers a 90 mm wide space for cable management—but that is just the start. It also houses the power supply, and it includes a versatile bracket that can be used to mount up to three storage drives—or even a 360 mm radiator. And it is all isolated from the primary heat-producing components in the main chamber.

The main chamber is built end-to-end for efficient cooling. Broad vents draw cooling air in from the bottom panel. Because the GT502 Horizon supports up to 13 fans, users can direct cool air right where they need it. The top vent in the main chamber supports radiators up to 360 mm, enabling users to cool their CPU, graphics card, or both with AIO liquid coolers—or to design a custom loop. Even if you’re dialing in a beastly overclock, the GT502 Horizon will give you the cooling options your hardware needs.

Build with confidence

The TUF Gaming GT502 Horizon is designed inside and out to give users an easy building experience. With its support for ATX PSUs and up to ATX motherboards, users will have a wide array of options as they select parts. The tool-free side panels let them roll up their sleeves and quickly start building.

Cable management is easy, too. The right chamber offers 90 mm of space for routing cables, giving users ample room to arrange everything just so. The versatile right fan bracket features built-in cable clips and outlets, so whether users are using it for storage, fans or a liquid cooling radiator, they can conveniently route all the necessary cables.

The spacious interior of the GT502 Horizon houses graphics cards up to 400 mm long. An included vertical mounting bracket lets users orient their graphics card horizontally or vertically. If they want to show off their card’s shroud and fans in a vertical orientation, they can acquire a riser cable of their choice.

Today’s high-performance graphics cards often use a thick heatsink to dissipate heat. The GT502 Horizon helps users keep their card perfectly level over time with an included graphics card holder. Its three-section adjustment structure supports a wide range of graphics cards in both horizontal and vertical orientations.

The GT502 Horizon gives users exceptional versatility right out of the box, but many builders will want to apply their own mods to personalize it even further. With over 19 detachable parts, this case gives modders exceptional customization options. So if there is a section that users would like to customize with their design, they will be able to quickly remove it.

Convenient connectivity and maintenance options

The TUF Gaming GT502 Horizon offers conveniences that go far beyond the building process. It is designed for comfortable everyday use, too. A rich selection of ports on the front panel makes it easy to connect a headset and other peripherals. The USB-C port on the front is wired for speed. Install a motherboard with a USB 10 Gbps Type-C header to put exceptional transfer speeds within arm’s reach.

The GT502 Horizon makes dusting routines quick and painless. Removable filters for the top, bottom and right-hand vents help keep clogging dust away from components to begin with, and they are easy to remove and clean whenever necessary.
