Asus E35M1-M Pro AMD Fusion Micro-ATX Motherboard Review

Packaging and Bundle
The Asus E35M1-M Pro motherboard comes in a small square box due to the form factor used on the board, but could easily be used to fit a bigger board into, possibly even a full-size ATX motherboard. It follows a dark colour scheme which gives a professional look with the main features plastered all over it. These include the energy saving EPU features, SATA 6G, USB 3.0, HDMI and 100% solid capacitors

The rear of the box as always gives us tons of information about the board, this includes a detailed picture of the board, specifications and main features including PROTECT 3.0 technology which will aid in protecting your devices through anti-surge protection by regulating and detecting overvoltage spikes. A short description on the new EFI BIOS is listed with it’s graphical interface.

The contents of the box includes:

  • 4 x SATA data cables
  • 1 x 60mm fan
  • 4 x Fan mounting screws
  • 1 x Asus case badge sticker
  • 1 x I/O panel
  • 1 x User guide
  • 1 x Driver CD

Asus have included the necessities with this motherboard, but have also added quite a nice little touch with regards to the SATA cables having a black and white colour scheme, but we feel blue and black would have been better matched to the board. The SATA data cables are right-angled on one end and also include clips on both to ensure the cables from staying connected.
